Return Policy

We have a lenient 60-day return policy with no restocking fees. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We do not export any goods outside of the United States under any circumstances. We offer fast and reliable shipping with a 1 to 2 day handling time. We ship using United States Parcel Service (USPS) and FedEx Ground / Home Delivery for items that fit inside boxes or envelopes. For freight items, FedEx Freight is used. All of our shipments are fully insured for the purchase price. 

We welcome free in store pick up in Macon, GA 31216 on Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

We use an automated system to calculate shipping prices. Sometimes these prices can be too high. If they seem inaccurate, please contact us and we can provide you with a competitive shipping quote.
