    Returns Policy

    We offer a lenient 60 day return policy with no restocking fees.

    If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

     

    Shipping

    We do not export any goods outside of the United States under any circumstances. 

    We offer fast and reliable shipping with a 1 to 2 day handling time. We ship using United States Parcel Service (USPS) and FedEx Ground / Home Delivery for items that fit inside boxes or envelopes. For freight items we ship using FedEx Freight. All of our shipments are fully insured for the purchase price. 


    We offer free in store pick up in Macon, GA 31216. For shipping, please Request the Quote, and adjustments will be made to the purchase price to reflect necessary shipping charges.

    We use an automated system to configure shipping prices. Sometimes these price can be too high, if they seem innacurate please contact us and we can provide you with a more competitive shipping quote.
