OVERVIEW
The BC-0103-10 Precision Analog to Digital (SDI) Converter from Marshall Electronics
converts composite video or Y/C (S-video) to SDI video. It supports
both NTSC and PAL standards. This unit is well suited for use in
critical DTV applications and facility transitions to a digital
environment, among other possible applications.
It offers automatic cable compensation, 12-bit processing, and an
adaptive comb filter. Other features include 2x over true color
reproduction, 10-bit quantization of the output signal, and support for
closed captioning. Illuminated power and input signal indicators
facilitate management of the device.
