Up for sale is an Office Pro 12 Portable A/C Unit 12K BTU manufactured by MovinCool. Item is in used condition. Item was tested and shows signs of power. Item shows signs of normal wear and tear from use and storage. Due to hissing coming from inside the unit and lack of cooling power when running, we assume it has a refrigerant leak; therefore, we must sell for parts and or repair. Comes with 24" x 24" window venting panel and tube. Includes all and only what is pictured. We welcome pick up in Macon, GA or we will ship via freight.Â
