Up for sale is a Heavy Duty Tabletop Paper Cutter manufactured by Martin Yale. Item is in used condition, however the blade does not cut through the paper and will need sharpening. The base has scratches and scuff marks. When the blade is all the way up the cover over the blade pops up out of place due to being bent.Â
