Up for sale is an Impulse 4000 Defibrillator/Transcutaneous Pacer Analyzer manufactured by Fluke. Item is in used condition has been tested and does power on. No further testing done. Includes only what is picture. Case shows signs of shelf wear, and the manual appears to have water damage. Unit has minor scratches and scuff marks.
