Item has been tested and does power on, however display screen stated "Application Loader .exe encountered a serious error and must show down." We are selling as parts or repair. Item has some normal wear and tear including scratches and scuff marks. The top has engravings on the left front corner. Includes only what is pictured. This item is genuine US Government Surplus, appears to be in great overall condition, but must sell for parts and or repair because of the error message.
