Up for sale is a HEINE Miller 3 Fiber Optic Laryngoscope Blade. This reusable medical instrument is a straight-style laryngoscope blade designed to attach to a compatible fiber-optic laryngoscope handle. The blade provides a pathway for viewing the airway during intubation, while the integrated fiber-optic system carries illumination from the handle toward the distal end of the blade to improve visibility. The Miller-style blade has a relatively straight profile designed to assist with lifting the epiglottis during airway visualization. HEINE manufactures these blades from chrome-plated stainless steel and uses its HiLite fiber-optic bundle to transmit light without requiring a bulb directly on the blade.
