This General Dynamics Itronix GD8000 is a fully rugged laptop designed for field service, industrial, automotive, shop, warehouse, public-safety, military-support, and legacy-software applications.
The laptop is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo L9400 processor running at 1.86 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, and a 128 GB solid-state drive. Windows 10 is installed and the computer boots properly.
This is a pre-owned rugged laptop with visible cosmetic wear and several small cracks in the exterior housing. The cracks include damage around the rear battery-area housing and a front/side corner, as shown closely in the photographs. These cosmetic issues did not affect the laptop’s usability during testing. Additional scratches, scuffs, marks, and general wear from previous use may be present. Please review all photographs carefully for the exact physical condition.
Wi-Fi was tested and connects properly. All keyboard keys were tested and work. The built-in speakers and sound were also tested and work properly.
The display works, but touchscreen operation could not be confirmed. This computer is not being advertised or sold with working touchscreen functionality. A stylus is not included.
