This medical monitoring component serves as an expansion and interface rack for compatible HP/Agilent/Philips patient monitoring systems, providing eight slots for installing supported plug-in parameter modules. Once connected to the monitoring system, the rack allows multiple measurement modules to be organized and interfaced through a single satellite assembly, accommodating modules used for functions such as ECG/respiration, blood pressure, SpOâ‚‚, temperature, invasive pressure, and other supported patient parameters. The rear input and output interfaces also allow the rack to communicate with the associated monitoring equipment as part of the modular patient-monitoring system.
